About Me

• Right now most of my focus is on building better products while also learning how to build and lead a design team.

• I’m figuring out how to delegate work, support designers, and still stay close to the product and the details.

• A big part of the job is working with stakeholders, balancing different perspectives, and protecting the fundamentals of good design.

• Many times it means balancing fast launch timelines with product quality and making the right tradeoffs.

• Along the way I’m constantly trying to get better at product thinking, strategy, and visual craft.

• I’m still learning every day, but that process of improving and figuring things out is something I genuinely enjoy.

• Ultimately, I want to keep building products that are thoughtful, useful, and create a positive impact in people’s lives.

What I have been doing the past year

Leading Product Design at PMX Health

  • Leading a product design team of 3 and guiding overall design direction.
  • Running design sprints, user interviews, and usability testing to improve the product.
  • Collaborating closely with clinical teams and stakeholders to align on healthcare solutions.
  • Rapidly iterating and shipping designs to the development team on a weekly basis.
  • Designing across the ecosystem including visual guidelines, websites, web apps, and a mobile app.
  • Conceptualising solutions in a space with very few direct competitors.
  • Designing medical reports that were later developed into automated reports for clients.
  • Learning to manage complexity across multiple products, timelines, and priorities.

And what I did before that

Designed a social media MVP app

  • Designed the complete MVP for Offsphere, transforming an initial idea into a functional prototype.
  • The design directly contributed to the start-up securing its first round of funding.
  • Comprehensive design process included:
    - User research and discovery
    - Ideation and concept development
    - Wireframes, UI/UX design, and high-fidelity screens
    - Interactive prototyping and user testing
  • Delivered the project within a 6-week timeline, from research to final prototype.

How I made Clara - an End to End AI Product

  • Timeline: Completed the project within 4 weeks.
  • Research & mapping: Defined the challenge and identified user needs and pain points.
  • Competitor analysis & ideation: Analyzed existing solutions and sketched initial concepts.
  • UI design & prototyping: Developed the final user interface and created a working prototype.
  • Testing & refinement: Conducted reviews and peer testing for design improvements.

Decreasing drop offs of a Health Insurance Onboarding Form

  • Timeline: Completed the project within 24 hours
  • Participated in a 24-hour hackathon focused on designing an onboarding experience for a health insurance app.
  • Addressed the challenge of reducing user drop-offs during the onboarding process.
  • Designed the complete onboarding journey in under 24 hours.
  • Created a functional prototype to showcase the onboarding experience.
